Additional Skills & Qualifications: Prior HR experience enables faster adaptation to onboarding and document management tasks. Bilingual (English/Spanish) improves communication with Spanish-speaking associates and supports a diverse workforce. Ability to drive short distances facilitates timely delivery and pickup of documents and supplies between nearby company locations.
Required Education, Certifications, or Years of Experience: High school diploma or equivalent typically expected. No certifications required. Prior office experience is mandatory; generally, at least one year preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) required.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
