HR Coordinator
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support a hospitality organization with multiple locations and a high-volume workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with employees, handling onboarding at scale, and ensuring HR processes are consistent across locations. You'll be a frontline HR presence—helping managers, supporting employees, and keeping records accurate and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-volume onboarding and new hire orientations
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy across multiple locations
- Assist with recruiting coordination and job postings
- Support employee relations by answering policy and process questions
- Track attendance, training, and compliance documentation
- Assist with benefits enrollment and leave tracking
- Partner with managers to ensure HR processes are followed consistently
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HR or administrative experience
- Experience supporting hourly or multi-location workforces preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with California employment regulations preferred
