PAY RATE: $22.71 - $23.90 Per Hour

Serving in the HR Service Team, the HR Assistant position is a resource for the Human Resources department, assists with the Employment/Onboarding of new employees general administrative tasks.
Supports HR Service Team: performs triage on incoming calls directing calls to appropriate HR support; performs employee onboarding tasks and assists new employee orientation
Assist with processing Employment Verifications for all new hires and collect relevant documentation, perform current employee verifications as needed.
Perform administrative duties such as identifying and organizing documents for electronic archiving, photocopying, data entry and organize materials, credential and licensing tracking
Assist with processing Employment Verifications on Accurate (including initiating the request, follow-up with candidates, checking that information is verified, asking for additional documents as needed)
Assist with resignation/termination workflows.
