We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Reseda, California. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to essential HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, while fostering strong employee relationships. Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with candidates to deliver a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration and success for new hires.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Utilize HRIS systems to track and maintain employee records and streamline HR processes.
• Address employee relations matters with professionalism to support a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations in handling sensitive employee information.
• Collaborate with team members to improve HR practices and enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Proficiency in HR administration and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in onboarding and full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in HIPAA-regulated environments is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
