We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Anaheim, California. This contract position provides an exciting opportunity to support diverse human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll auditing, and workers' compensation administration. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for HR operations across all departments, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Assist with employee relations, including managing escalations and contributing to issue resolution.
  • Conduct audits of payroll and timesheets to confirm accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Facilitate workers' compensation administration by coordinating claims and following up as necessary.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR processes and provide timely assistance.
  • Support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining HR compliance policies and procedures.
  • Participate in benefit administration processes and provide guidance to employees regarding available resources.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a coordinator or generalist role.
  • Proven experience in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with payroll auditing and timesheet reviews to ensure compliance.
  • Exposure to employee relations and workers' compensation claims handling is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
