HR Generalist Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Santa Ana, California. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role will involve managing essential HR functions, including onboarding, compliance, and personnel changes, while supporting various employee groups across retail, warehouse, and corporate settings.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding processes for new team members across retail, warehouse, and corporate teams, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Ensure compliance with I-9 documentation, harassment training, and minimum wage regulations.
• Manage personnel changes such as terminations, promotions, transfers, and status updates.
• Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations and provide HR support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks using HRIS systems.
• Support benefits administration and related functions to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Utilize Paycom software for HR-related tasks and reporting, if applicable.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide training and cross-functional support to enhance HR operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data entry; familiarity with Paycom is a plus.
• Expertise in compliance areas such as I-9 documentation and audits.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Ana, California.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
