We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Fresno, California. This long-term contract role is part-time at approximately 15 hours per week and will play a critical role in supporting human resources operations, ensuring seamless onboarding, managing compliance, and maintaining accurate employee data. Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in overseeing onboarding processes and managing HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of conducting background checks and ensuring compliance.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems to manage employee information.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance standards and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
