Hiring - School ABA Therapists In South OC! Up To $28/hr

Job Opportunity: Behavior Technician

Locations: South Orange County (Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Hills, Trabuco Canyon)

We are actively hiring full-time and on-call behavior technicians to support K-12 students with special needs in school settings. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact while working Monday through Friday during school hours!

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $25–$28/hr (based on experience and location)

• Schedule: 28-30 hours a week (hours vary between 7:30am-4pm)

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support in classrooms
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Use ABA strategies: discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, reinforcement techniques
• Collect and document data accurately
• Support students with homework, classwork, and behavior management
• Address challenging behaviors professionally and according to training
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and caregivers
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience required
• Ability to manage behaviors, including occasional aggressive behaviors
• Flexibility for on-call positions (2–5 days/week)
