Job Description

Commercial Strategy & Deal Support

  • Partner with business development and finance teams to model commercial deals, including pricing, margin analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Provide strategic input during partner negotiations to optimize revenue outcomes and contractual terms.
  • Develop frameworks for evaluating deal performance and ROI across partner segments.

Revenue Reporting & KPI Management

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for embedded partner success.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of revenue metrics across internal systems and finance reporting.
  • Lead quarterly and annual revenue planning cycles, including forecasting and variance analysis.

Operational Alignment & Enablement

  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales Enablement, and Product teams to ensure revenue operations are tightly integrated with go-to-market execution.
  • Drive process improvements across revenue tracking, partner onboarding, and performance measurement.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as vertical-specific enablement and global distribution modeling.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a thought partner to the Head of Global Embedded Partners and senior leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional working groups focused on revenue optimization and partner enablement.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $170,255.00 - $200,300.00
