In this role, you will help enable the success of Google Cloud's Strategic Ai and Independent Software Vendor (Saisv) Go-To-Market (Gtm) team. You lead customer engineering teams and deploy a team of subject matter experts responsible for working alongside the customers to provide trusted technical and solution advice to accelerate workload migration and remove technical impediments. You will collaborate with sales and customer engineering (Ce) management on staffing, organizing and training the Ce team by assessing their Gtm readiness and building plans to ensure they are equipped to meet business goals. You will identify and prioritize business opportunities, providing insight on how to best secure technical success. This cross-functional position also requires you to partner with product, support, and engineering teams to resolve product problems affecting customer satisfaction. You will also maintain your personal technical expertise to engage directly with prospects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Engineering (Ce) Managers and extended teams, to build a thriving growth culture. Focus on talent strategy and skills development to deliver on successful cloud transformation outcomes.
- Foster strong partnerships with key customers across the book of business. Provide leadership related to cloud, transformation and relevant industry trends.
- Partner with Google Cloud business leadership to define the technical Gtm strategy and execution plan for the team's book of business. Determine alignment through planning stages, coverage and staffing needs across business opportunities.
- Lead workload and opportunity review meetings with sales and Ce teams, and provide insight into how to achieve a technical agreement and migration strategy, and work directly with the customers, partners, and prospects.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve technical roadblocks including capacity needs, constraints and product challenges affecting customer satisfaction.
