The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, assisting guests with check-out, demonstrating thorough knowledge of hotel information, using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, responding to guest inquiries and requests, and resolving issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
