Job Opportunity At Hyatt House San Ramon

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly hotel front desk agent to join us at Hyatt House San Ramon! Responsibilities include checking in and checking out all hotel guests in a timely, welcoming fashion, managing room bookings through the phone or in-person, and answering inquiries about the hotel, rooms, amenities, rates, special requests, etc. You will also connect with other departments in the hotel to ensure accommodations are running smoothly. This is a fast-paced position that will involve cash handling, answering telephones, providing local information to guests, etc. all in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.

Qualifications include excellent organization and communication skills as well as multi-tasking abilities. Team-oriented individuals with at least one year of customer service experience are required. Pay is $20/hour.
