The ideal Full Service Server is self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. A day in the life includes being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s menu and products while serving customers. Suggest additional items to customers, as appropriate. Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions. You own this if you have one or more years of experience in food service/hospitality. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers is essential. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace working a flexible schedule. A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations is necessary.

Pay Range: $18.05 Hourly. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
