FPGA Engineer (Secret Clearance)

We are seeking two skilled FPGA Engineers with a Secret Clearance to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and optimizing firmware for FPGAs, focusing on advanced algorithms for real-time data processing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize firmware for FPGAs, executing advanced algorithms for real-time data processing.
• Design and optimize processing and firmware architectures.
• Write and optimize HDL code for FPGAs.
• Verify and validate FPGA designs.
• Support software, firmware, FPGA, and hardware integration.
• Collaborate with multiple programs and departments or business units.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in FPGA development.
• Experience with Xilinx and VHDL.
• Experience in image processing.
• Experience with KU060 and Versal.
• Ability to work with BSP.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of experience in developing firmware for embedded applications.
• Experience in developing and executing tests to validate system functionality.
• Experience integrating and testing firmware/FPGA designs with hardware and software.
• Active U.S. Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance (Citizen Required).
• Experience with real-time software and firmware design for digital communications or signal processing algorithms.
• Proficiency in HDL coding for Xilinx FPGAs using Vivado.
• Experience with Autocoding from Simulink.

Work Environment:

The position is onsite in Huntington Beach, CA. The role requires collaboration with various technologies and integration with hardware and software systems.

**This role is offering $1,000/week in relocation assistance, non-taxed, on top of your salary**

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
