Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA is looking for a Food Service Attendant. This part-time position will work 8-hour evening shifts. The cafeteria role involves working under the direction of the Retail Manager as a multi-skilled food service worker. Assignments may include stocking, serving, grill cook, salad preparation, catering, or storeroom assistance. All assignments require safe food handling techniques, teamwork, and adherence to department policies. Excellent customer service skills are required for assignments with direct customer contact and independent judgment.

The coffee kiosk role involves creating the Starbucks experience for guests/customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Performs daily floor cleaning and environmental upkeep of store and back room as well as unloads Starbucks product weekly. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks and Providence guiding principles.

Required qualifications include education to meet certification, license or registration requirement and 6 months of food handling and cashiering experience in a food service setting. Preferred qualifications include experience as a barista.
