We are seeking a skilled firmware engineer with hands-on experience in developing and optimizing embedded firmware for microcontrollers such as STMicroelectronics, Microchip, and Espressif. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing wireless communication protocols—including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, and Zigbee—for IoT and connected device applications.

Firmware development experience. Proficiency in C for embedded systems. Strong experience with STMicroelectronics STM32, Microchip PIC, and Espressif ESP32 platforms. Experience with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS) and bare-metal firmware development. Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, LoRa, and Zigbee stack integration. Familiarity with communication interfaces: UART, SPI, I²C, USB. Strong debugging skills such as using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Solid understanding of low-power design principles and optimization techniques.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
