Key Responsibilities

• Implement, build, maintain, and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Epic skills.
• Have knowledge of the Epic EMR software, operations, and workflow, and work closely with the project team's clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality and Enhancements.
• Have prior experience in working with various interfaces and related integrations.
• Work with clinics to identify gaps and provide mutually agreeable solutions to close workflow gaps.
• Involves design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic integration application systems.
• Work with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
• Troubleshoot the issues and provide solutions to the prevailing issues.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Minimum 5 years Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Tapestry UM and Claims Epic experience.
• Tapestry UM Epic certification required.
• Strong understanding of Tapestry workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy.
• Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans scope and timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of client, team members, managers, and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory and Inpatient experience.
