Key Responsibilities
- Implement, build, maintain, and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Epic skills.
- Have knowledge of the Epic EMR software, operations, and workflow, and work closely with the project team's clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality and Enhancements.
- Have prior experience in working with various interfaces and related integrations.
- Work with clinics to identify gaps, provides mutually agreeable solutions to close workflow gaps.
- Involve design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic integration application systems.
- Work with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
- Troubleshoot the issues and provide solutions to the prevailing issues.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Epic Specialties Module (Radiant, Cupid, Phoenix, etc.)
- Strong hands-on implementation experience in Epic Specialties Module (Radiant, Cupid, Phoenix, etc.)
- Epic Specialties Module (Radiant, Cupid, Phoenix, etc.) certification required
- Strong understanding of Epic Specialties Module (Radiant, Cupid, Phoenix, etc.) workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy
- Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans (scope and timelines)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of client, team members, managers, and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Ambulatory and Inpatient experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
Compensation
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
