Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, build, maintain, and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Epic skills.
  • Have knowledge of the Epic EMR software, operations, and workflow, and work closely with the project team's clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality and Enhancements.
  • Have prior experience in working with various interfaces and related integrations.
  • Work with clinics to identify gaps, provides mutually agreeable solutions to close workflow gaps.
  • Involves design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic integration application systems.
  • Works with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
  • Troubleshoot the issues and provide solutions to the prevailing issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Ambulatory Epic experience.
  • Strong hands-on implementation experience in Ambulatory.
  • Ambulatory Epic certification required.
  • Strong understanding of Ambulatory workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy.
  • Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans (scope and timelines).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of client, team members, managers, and vendors.
  • HS Diploma/ GED Preferred

Compensation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
