 
                                                
                                            The Stationary Engineer shall, under the direction of the Chief Engineer, or the Assistant Chief Engineer, shall provide maintenance and repair of all hospital equipment; operate plant and auxiliary equipment; repair plant operation equipment; uses electric and gas welding tools and systems; operates machine shop equipment; installs new equipment and repairs existing equipment; performs repairs and maintenance on refrigeration equipment, compressors, pumps and HX units; and operates pick-up truck for transporting equipment and supplies to campuses.
Job Description:
Education:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
Certification & Licensure:
EPA CFC Universal Certification within 90 days DL-Valid Drivers License
Preferred Experience as Typically Acquired In:
Actual job experience in journeyman standing.
