We are seeking a skilled and proactive Endpoint Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, designing, and maintaining endpoint solutions for enterprise systems, ensuring seamless device provisioning, operating system upgrades, and overall endpoint security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Entra ID, Intune or SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and MDM solutions, as well as expertise in scripting and automating workflows to support a large-scale enterprise environment. This role is HYBRID (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Upgrade Projects: Oversee the upgrade process for enterprise endpoints, ensuring a smooth transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across systems used by 15,000–20,000 users. Perform pilot tests and resolve compatibility issues to guarantee successful deployments.
• Device Deployment: Utilize Microsoft Windows Autopilot to deploy and configure devices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and specifications. Optimize zero-touch provisioning processes for efficient new device onboarding across multiple locations.
• Task Sequence and Systems Design: Design, implement, and manage optimized task sequences for device imaging, configuration, and deployment workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine architectures that improve endpoint reliability and performance.
• Enterprise Endpoint Support: Support 15,000–20,000 users in enterprise environments with ongoing device management, ensuring excellent user experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues, including device authentication and system conflicts.
• Scripting and Automation: Develop and execute PowerShell or similar scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and optimize endpoint management processes. Automate workflows to ensure consistent policy enforcement and improve device provisioning efficiency.
• MDM and Security: Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to configure and secure enterprise mobile devices. Design policies for managing both Windows devices as well as iOS and Android endpoints.
• Active Directory and Entra ID Management: Administer Active Directory (AD) environments, including Group Policy management and synchronization with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). Configure identity and access control solutions to enable secure device access across hybrid systems.

Requirements:

• Practical expertise with Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
• Experience designing and managing Task Sequences for device imaging and deployment within enterprise environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Autopilot for large-scale device provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with Intune for unified endpoint management; if no Intune experience, SCCM knowledge is required.
• Strong background in MDM solutions (Mobile Device Management) for managing mobile devices across multi-platform fleets.
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory, including Group Policy design and troubleshooting domain synchronization issues.
• Demonstrated skill in PowerShell scripting to automate endpoint management tasks and workflows.
