End User Support Specialist

Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking an End User Support Specialist in San Luis Obispo, CA. Position responsibilities include supporting desktop hardware and virtual machines, providing program engineering and productivity application support, performing CVE and POAM remediation activities, managing domain accounts and access, conducting basic network troubleshooting, assisting with planning and execution of upgrades to hardware and software, responding to and triaging help desk inquiries for OS, applications, and environment access/network issues, and supporting onsite and virtual employees.

Basic qualifications required include the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and current CompTIA Security+ Certification. Preferred qualifications include experience with Exchange user management, end user virtual machine technologies, Linux, and desktop image capturing and deployment.

This position is for 1st shift. Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start is required.
