The Education Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for students, educators, and professional accounts across our 12 Learning Lofts. This position provides administrative, operational, and customer service support to ensure our education programs run smoothly and reflect our commitment to skin health and professional excellence.
High school diploma required; prior experience in an administrative role preferred. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (advanced beginner level in Excel). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with the skincare industry or Dermalogica products is a plus. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast-moving team environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, and stand for extended periods during event support. A genuine interest in skin health and professional education is highly valued. Monday-Friday required at corporate office. Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the Corporate office: 1535 Beachey Pl, Carson, CA 90746.

The expected base salary for this position is base hourly pay rate is $19.00-$20.00. The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
