The annual salary for this role is $95,000 a year. This position offers a one-time $15,000 signing bonus.

This two-year rotational program consists of two unique 12—month assignments. This development program will provide you with the opportunity to design the world's next intelligent power management solutions and bring them to life. Throughout the program, you will build your leadership aptitude and technical depth in critical and strategic focus areas.
The Engineering and Technology Development Program- Power Electronics track focuses on the development of power electronics technology platforms and common hardware building blocks to create innovative solutions. Rotations will either be supporting a specific business unit/product line or working with broader technologies across the enterprise.
