District Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to become a leader within a growing company! We are seeking a growth-minded District Operations Manager to assist in managing refreshment operations and driving operational excellence. In this role, you will work closely with the District Manager to support business objectives, optimize performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Performance: Ensure branch financial performance meets company and client objectives, including revenue and profitability targets.
  • Operational Productivity: Optimize operational efficiency and monitor development of realistic and accurate forecasts.
  • Policy Compliance: Interpret and enforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent application across the district.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with scheduling and coordination of new installations and operational projects.
  • Sales Support: Participate in the sales process to drive growth and client satisfaction.
  • Training & Development: Identify regional and district training requirements for Customer Service Managers and support implementation.
  • Labor Relations: Coordinate union contract negotiations and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree and a minimum of three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with experience handling complex operational challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
