EPAM is hiring a seasoned Director, Salesforce Business Development on the West Coast, who will join a growing Practice, and work alongside a dynamic team to identify complex business problems and drive revenue through solution-oriented strategies for some of the most recognized brands across the telecommunications, media, and high technology (TMT) industries (aka CMT). Responsibilities include leveraging a consultative selling approach to align Salesforce solutions with clients' business needs, staying ahead of industry trends, partnering with the SVP of Sales to forecast and model team performance, collaborating with alliances and the Salesforce channel to develop and execute a Go-To-Market strategy, and assessing sales activities across accounts to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. Requirements include 5+ years of experience in sales and/or alliances within Salesforce Services, 7+ years in enterprise technology and the channel ecosystem, experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales and partner ecosystems, strong communication, writing, and organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset. Salary range: $175,000 - $215,000.
