We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and manage our national and international sales teams for a prominent apparel manufacturing company. This is a long-term contract position located in Seal Beach, California, offering the opportunity to oversee multiple apparel brands and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships, managing teams, and driving strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee national and international sales teams to achieve organizational sales goals.

• Manage house accounts and provide guidance to sales representatives to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for sales team members and ensure seamless communication.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote brand visibility.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the sales department.
