Setting: Adult Day Program

Population: Adults from 22-40 with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Location: Laguna Hills or San Juan Capistrano

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-2:30pm OR 8:30pm-3pm

Pay: $23/hr + Weekly Pay!

Duties:

• Self-help (menu planning, grocery shopping, laundry, household maintenance)
• Personal development (fitness, hygiene, confidence skills)
• Community integration as determined by individual needs/goals
• Mobility training
• Social behavior training
• Providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as needed to redirect behaviors
• Work in a 1:2 staff to student ratio
• Build confidence through daily living skills like hygiene, communication and personal responsibility

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age with 5 years of driving experience
• ABA experience preferred
• Bring a can-do attitude and collaborative spirit to every shift - positivity is a must!
• Approach challenges with optimism and a solution-oriented mind set
• Relative medicals (TB test, drug screening), DOJ fingerprinting, background check
