Customer Service Representative

Our non-profit client in San Diego is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their call center team. This position focuses on delivering outstanding support to individuals while furthering the organization's mission to make a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide support, information, and assistance to clients and donors
  • Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring strong customer satisfaction
  • Assist with updating records, processing requests, and documenting interactions accurately
  • Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to organizational policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information
  • Support outreach activities and assist with special projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to meet department service goals

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred; experience with nonprofits a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
  • Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and difficult conversations with empathy
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
