Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional service.
• Utilize Sage MAS 90 software to perform order entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate logistics to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Handle high-volume call center operations effectively and professionally.
• Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Monitor and follow up on customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing customer service workflows.
• Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Sage MAS 90 software for order entry and management.
• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Experience with purchase order processing and logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
