We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our sales department and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, purchase order experience, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding internal customer service in a remote environment.
Required Experience: Prior remote work experience. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail. Experience with purchase orders and ERP systems. Internal customer service experience. SAP or Oracle ERP experience required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Requirements: Ability to work overtime, adhere to blackout dates at month-end, and maintain a quiet remote workspace. Schedule Requirement: Must work Pacific Time hours.
