Robert Half is partnering with our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, to hire a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a call center environment and is passionate about helping others through social services. You will be the first point of contact for community members seeking resources, assistance, and support, delivering compassionate and professional service in both English and Spanish.
First 6 months onsite for training, mentorship, and integration. Hybrid schedule (3 days remote / 2 days onsite) after training period. Structured call center environment with performance metrics.
