Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm 2-month contract Onsite Responsible for the fulfillment and management of customer order requirements through direct and indirect contact; coordinates order requests to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely and accurate manner; follows all policies to achieve high levels of efficiency and performance.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external appointments
Assist with onboarding documentation and internal communications for new hires or contractors
Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and reports
Support invoice processing, purchase orders, and expense tracking as needed
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
