Customer Service Representative
Answer incoming customer calls and emails regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns. Maintain professionalism and establish a positive rapport with every customer. Assist with order placements, refunds, or exchanges. Update customer information in the database. Recommend potential products or services to management based on customer needs. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. Problem-solve and turn frustrated clients into repeat customers. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required; college is a plus.
- 18 years of age or older.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Schedule includes weekends and holidays; peak season overtime required.
- Professional and courteous with customers at all times.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Ability to form partnerships and gain knowledge of department operations.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to improve operations.
- Strong business curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Confidentiality and strong multi-tasking skills.
