Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roseville, California. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records in compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless preplacement processes, including background checks and necessary documentation.
- Guide customers through timekeeping systems and assist with related questions or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company standards by completing required forms such as I-9 and W-4.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate onboarding and resolve any preplacement challenges.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding company policies and procedures to customers.
- Support the sales team by linking customer information into Salesforce and ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach while handling sensitive client information and adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer management systems such as Salesforce.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in handling client documentation.
- Familiarity with preplacement processes, including background checks and drug screenings.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of timekeeping systems or willingness to learn and adapt.
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
