Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, providing exceptional customer support.
• Schedule appointments efficiently while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Promote inspection services to customers and ensure these are added to the schedule.
• Manage high call volumes with a calm and organized approach.
• Deliver clear and accurate information to customers while resolving issues effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Uphold a positive and engaging demeanor to foster strong customer relationships.
• Assist in order entry and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer service role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes effectively.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with order entry and scheduling systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
