We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Torrance, California. This position is an excellent opportunity to engage in a dynamic environment within the manufacturing industry. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing orders, returns, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This is a Contract position, offering the potential for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input customer orders and handle return authorizations with attention to detail.
• Process warranty returns and ensure timely resolutions for customer concerns.
• Maintain organized records of pick tickets and other relevant documents.
• Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager.
• Stay informed on product lines, market trends, and events involving sponsored players.
• Deliver consistent attendance and reliability in day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with team members and management on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated interest or experience in tennis and/or badminton is essential.
• Ability to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
• Preferred education includes some college coursework, though not required.
• One to two years of customer service experience, preferably in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging interactions professionally.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
