Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands and has frequently been named one of the top places to work. The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. This position pays $18.50/hour plus bonuses. This position is located at San Diego International Airport 3355 Admiral Boland Way San Diego, CA 92101.

Responsibilities include: greeting and answering customer questions and providing assistance based on each customer's needs and requests, by brand. Identifying and attending to the customer by name, verifying rental agreement and reservation. Ensuring a pleasant, smooth, and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return vehicle processes. Working on behalf of the customer and the company to resolve issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty. Making eye contact and greeting all customers; thanking each customer at the conclusion of their transaction. Providing all customers with undivided attention while assisting them. Preparing all rental and return documents accurately and completely. Offering all customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service information. Reviewing rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges. Ensuring that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate. Reviewing all charges at the time of vehicle return. Preparing the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.

Qualifications include: high school diploma or G.E.D. required, a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience, authorization to work in the United States and not requiring work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. Open availability and available to work 40 hours/week from 4pm-1am, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 18 years old. This position requires a valid California Drivers License.
