In this role, you'll assist with crane construction invoice processing, weekly and monthly reporting matrices, data maintaining and tracking, sustaining, tracking, and coordinating annual travel permits and FAA permits. Maintain accurate regulatory and compliance procedures, ensuring schedules are updated and accurate. This role involves managing high-risk contracts, developing procurement documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Engage with clients on occasion to gain trust and establish strong working relationships. Lastly, you'll be reporting to the Manager 1, who provides oversight and mentorship of work being performed and provides back up support.
