The Coordinator Customer Support (eCommerce) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for handling incoming external/internal customer emails, providing product information, processing orders and resolving order management issues. This position is part of Client Services and will be an on-site role located in Brea, CA or Mississauga, Ontario. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will be a part of the eCommerce team and report to the Supervisor Customer Support responsible for assisting with customer inquiries and providing efficient response and resolution to all customer requests. You will also maintain effective communication with customers to ensure accurate billing and shipments. Timely follow up and feedback provided for all customer issues. The hourly range for this role is $26.00 -$29.00/hour USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
