IBM is seeking a motivated and experienced marketing leader to support the Consulting business. As a Consulting Field Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll lead the team responsible for building go-to-market plans based on a deep understanding of clients, partners, and the local market to drive consulting signings pipeline in the Americas. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver against shared goals, including Product Marketing, Industry and Market Leaders, and Strategic Partners. To be successful in this role, you need to be a natural storyteller, with strong executive presence and a passion for data. You will need to be a strategic, resourceful, and highly organized leader, inspiring your team to think creatively and execute with extreme discipline.
