Client Services Coordinator

A well-established organization is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Client Services Coordinator to act as the operational hub between clients and internal teams. Position Overview: The Client Services Coordinator ensures that client requests are handled efficiently, documentation is accurate, and communication flows seamlessly across departments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
  • Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, and ongoing service needs
  • Maintain accurate client records in internal systems and databases
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Prepare client-facing materials, reports, and correspondence
  • Track service requests, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure resolution
  • Support account managers and leadership with administrative coordination
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of client services, customer success, or administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or client management systems
