Client Service Associate – Wealth Management

We're seeking a motivated client service associate to join a well-established and rapidly growing investment advisory firm. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in portfolio operations, client service, and investment technology while working alongside a highly supportive and experienced team. You'll receive hands-on training in tools such as FactSet, Bloomberg, and Morningstar Direct, as well as ongoing development in compliance, client relations, and operational processes. Compensation and level will be tailored based on your experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to a sophisticated client base
• Process new account openings, closures, transfers, and other client paperwork
• Prepare and execute trades and client transactions promptly and accurately
• Support client meetings by generating performance reports, attribution analyses, and investment materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Series 65 is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in financial services—preferably in wealth management, asset management, brokerage, or banking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Fidelity or Schwab custodial platforms is a plus
• Experience with Black Diamond or Morningstar preferred (training available)
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
