About the Role: The Bilingual Call Center Representative will support a high-volume inbound call center, assisting both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, want to make a difference, and are looking to grow into a long-term role. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, providing clear information, guidance, and support while ensuring every caller feels heard and valued.

Work Schedule & Location:

  • Fully in-office for the first 6 months
  • Opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after the contracted period based on performance and business needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls in both English and Spanish
  • Provide accurate, empathetic, and professional customer support
  • Assist callers with questions, concerns, and service-related needs
  • Clearly document all customer interactions in internal systems
  • Follow call center policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining a positive experience
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
    • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
    • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in both languages
    • Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining service quality
    • Comfortable working fully in-office during the initial contract period
    • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
