We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can deliver outstanding service in both Spanish and English. Responsibilities include handling service inquiries, complaints, and product information requests in both languages, maintaining accurate notes and customer logs, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues quickly, and maintaining a positive, helpful attitude.
Requirements include being bilingual in Spanish and English, having customer service or call center experience preferred, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to use standard office and customer tracking tools.
