Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can provide excellent support to our clients in both Spanish and English. Responsibilities include:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in both languages.
  • Assist with order processing, account updates, and product/service information.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer needs.

Requirements include:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
