Associate Technician Production Operations (O2)

This Production Technician will perform a variety of assignments within a manufacturing environment. These assignments mainly include tasks such as performing weigh-outs using a balance, operating a pH meter, making precise measurements, and following detailed instructions. The technician will maintain a clean lab area, wash lab ware, and assist with organizing lab supplies. The role requires adherence to company, site, and department procedures, as well as strict compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping of production areas and equipment.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Receive routine work instructions and detailed instructions for new assignments from the Lead Supervisor or Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, safety standards, and standard work instructions.
  • Communicate any safety, quality, or production issues immediately to the appropriate level.
  • Support and maintain 5S activities in manufacturing areas.
  • Monitor and maintain minimum training requirements in Master Control Knowledge Connection.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with weigh-outs using a balance and operating a pH meter.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Familiarity with FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements.
  • Ability to maintain clean and organized work environments.
  • Proficiency in recording information accurately within documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in cleanroom, assembly, production, and medical assembly.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a team.
  • Experience with general production tasks and inspection using a microscope.

Work Environment:

Work in a production facility with a schedule of Sunday through Thursday from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM. The environment emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to compliance standards.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of West Sacramento, California.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
