The Assistant Operations Manager F&B at Hotel Kabuki oversees all kitchens and food and beverage outlets within the hotel operated by Hyatt, which includes our breakfast restaurant Small Farms, our cocktail bar Haibu, our mini lobby market Konbini, our kitchen, the staff cafeteria, and our banquet facilities. The Assistant Operations Manager F&B at times will also be responsible for supporting the Rooms division throughout the property as necessary to exceed the guest's expectations.
