Operations Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting a well-known National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for an Operations Assistant in Redlands CA. Shift: Monday- Friday. Time: 12:00 pm-9:00 PM Monday- Thursday and 10:30 am-7:30 PM Friday. Pay Rate: The wage for this position is $19.11. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk and lift for several hours at a time. Work Environment: Warehouse, may be exposed to hazardous materials through the processing of returned goods.

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve shipping documents and labels
• Assist in the packing and shipping of medications
• Track shipped packages
• Report any packages that are not delivered
• Organize shipping reports daily
• Receive non-pharmaceuticals via back dock
• Also responsible for other tasks related to placing purchase orders, receiving inventory, tracking and reconciling inventory balances, and selecting product and supplies under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.

Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse or purchasing environment, data entry experience helpful.
• Past experience in pharmacy a plus.
• Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers.
