Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Engineer to support our AI organization, with a specific focus on building data integrations for AI assistant products. This is a strategic addition to a high-impact team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data engineering, large-scale pipeline development, and AI model integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data engineering projects through the full development lifecycle.
  • Translate business initiatives into scalable data engineering solutions.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain robust data management systems and ETL pipelines.
  • Ensure data systems meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with data architects, modelers, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Develop high-performance algorithms, prototypes, predictive models, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Support AI model development through seamless data integration and transformation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in building large-scale data pipelines.
  • Proven experience integrating data for AI models, ideally within AI assistant or business assistant products.
  • Expertise in API data integrations and working with large, complex datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
